When you call, email or contact us through the Zembl website, we collect personal information about you to help us respond to your query, contact you about your query, and provide you with any services or information you request. Where you are introduced to Zembl through a referring partner, and complete the enquiry form, we collect information about the referring partner to confirm your eligibility for any special offers and for lead attribution, campaign reporting, partner reporting and customer relationship management purposes, with your consent. You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting our Privacy Officer.

We may also send you information about promotions, products and services that may be of interest to you. Your personal information may be disclosed to energy retail suppliers, metering providers, partners and service providers where required to process your request, provide our services, or support the purposes described above. We may not be able to provide you with our services if you do not provide the requested personal information.
